CourierCalc

What a delivery shift actually paid, once the gas is paid for.

Delivery apps show drivers what they were paid. They don't show what the driving cost. CourierCalc takes gas out of every mile of the shift — including the miles between orders — so the number at the end is the real one.

What it does

  1. 01Start a shift with the gas price and the odometer. Tap + for each delivery.
  2. 02A running total before and after gas while you drive. Orders still in progress show as pending.
  3. 03Handles stacked orders, and lets you fix the pay when a tip lands late.
  4. 04Weekly, monthly and all-time totals, per hour, per mile, per delivery and per app.
  5. 05Six text sizes up to 2.5×, for a phone on a dash mount. Dark by default for night shifts.
  6. 06Fully offline. No account.

For drivers

DoorDash, Uber Eats, Grubhub, Instacart — drivers often run two or three at once. CourierCalc doesn’t connect to any of them. You enter what the app paid; CourierCalc does the rest.

Built for a phone on a dash

One hand, quick taps, the number pad when only numbers make sense. The text scales to two and a half times its normal size and the layout is tested at every size, on phone and tablet, in both themes.

Private by default

Shifts, deliveries and odometer readings stay on the phone. There are no accounts, no analytics and no network calls. Clear it all from settings whenever you like.
