Barkfield
Runs a pet shop's recurring dog-food deliveries, from the customer's subscription to the van's load list.
An independent pet shop delivers food to local customers on a schedule — every four weeks, two bags of venison and a salmon oil. That used to live across a payment system, a routing tool and a stack of boards. Barkfield puts the daily cycle in one place.

What it does
- 01Customer profiles with their dogs, allergies and driver notes — gate codes, preferred windows.
- 02Subscriptions that create each day's deliveries on their own, including rotating products.
- 03Stock ordering and receiving, with deliveries flagged when an item runs out.
- 04Cards charged through Square, with declined cards and refunds owed on the dashboard.
- 05Routes planned in Routific; delivery confirmations and driver photos come back in.
- 06Email rules that start in a test mode, with anything mentioning allergies held for review.
The daily cycle
Create the day’s deliveries. Order and receive stock. Pack. Charge cards. Send stops to routing. Load the van. Mark each one delivered — and the customer’s next delivery date sets itself.
Joined to what the shop already uses
Square keeps the cards; Barkfield never stores them. Routific plans the routes. Barkfield is the joint between them, so staff stop copying data from one screen to another.
Four roles
Administrator, manager, staff and driver. Each sees what their job needs and nothing else.
